登場する主人公を過去世、現在世、未来世を旅する人間や動植物の霊として登場させ、
魂の救済の芸術であり、成仏をテーマにしている、と
能楽師・宇高通成先生から教わり、はじめて能の奥深さに魅了されて2年。
日本人でありながら、六百年もの伝統に培われた日本人の精神文化を
全く理解していなかったことに気づき、
月に一度、能舞メディテーションに参加しています。

The Noh which was UNESCO world immaterial inheritance in 2001 will attract attention more and more from the world.

It is art of the relief of the soul that let an appearing chief character appear as the soul of a human being and the animals and plants taking a trip to the past world, the existing lifetime, the world of future after death, and one of the main reasons is because they feature the theme of entering Nirvana.

シテ方金剛流能楽師、重要無形文化財総合指定保特者の先生は、
宇宙と繋がることの意味、「幽玄」と云う空間の作り方を
呼吸や瞑想を通して、わかりやすく、丁寧に教えてくださいます。

Shite flow Kongo Noh, he was designated as the holder of Important Intangible Cultural Property of Noh Play, Udaka Michisige.
He have a class once a month.
What it means to connect with the universe, how to make a space called “Unseen”
Through meditation and breathing, he  tell us.
